Is the curriculum really free?



Yes. All 8 tracks, 47 modules and 47 challenges, permanently, with no account required to read them. We do not intend to put any of it behind a login later.

Then what am I paying $9,900 for?



Not the teaching. Pro is the part after learning: a bank of the questions really being asked, an assistant that tailors and files applications for your approval, a tracker and calendar built for ML loops, and a community of people inside the companies you are aiming at.

Is any of it working today?



No, and the site says so on every feature page. The curriculum ships first and the Pro tools follow. If buying something that has not shipped is not for you — which is reasonable — the free material is there regardless.

Is $9,900 a subscription?



No. It is one payment covering 5 years of access. There is no renewal, no monthly tier, no annual plan and nothing to cancel. That works out at roughly $1,980 a year over the term.

Do I need a maths degree?



No, but you do need the maths. Track 01 builds linear algebra, calculus, probability and statistics from the start, attached to the models each idea shows up in. Start there if the notation in a paper is what stops you reading it.

How long does the whole thing take?



Around 438 hours of material. At ten hours a week that is roughly a year; people already working in the field skip the first tracks and go considerably faster. The checkpoints are what tell you whether skipping was a mistake.

Will the assistant apply to jobs without me?



Never. It drafts the application and fills in the form on the company’s own site, then stops. Every single application waits for your approval, and there is no approve-all button.

How current is the LLM material?



That track is versioned and revised, and five years of updates are part of Pro. It is also the track most likely to be wrong in places, because the field moves faster than any curriculum — where something is contested, the module says so instead of picking a side.
